So... instead of updating you on each and every event since my last blog, I'll just highlight my last week (not too many sighs of relief now!). This post would not be complete without some pics of Addison Leigh Toney who was born on April 14th after a challenging pregnancy and delivery for Andrea. Aaron, Andrea and big sister Kaeli have been enjoying the little bundle (who was 5 lbs 3 oz and 18 inches long - almost half the size of Zoe!). I went to visit last week, and as you can see from the photos she is easy to love!

On Saturday, my sisters and Beth Ellen threw me and Woody our first baby shower - without Beth who got the flu :(. Despite some dear friends who could not make it, I had a wonderful time and definitely felt showered with lots of love (and tons of fantastic gifts)! I ate way too much smoked salmon and chocolate cheesecake brownies (not together - I may be pregnant but my taste buds aren't that eccentric even so...)
I didn't get any pictures but here are a few that Nanthida graciously sent me...

Today, I had my 34 week check-up and sonogram. I still have marginal placenta previa, but I am pleased to hear that Woody is looking quite healthy, having gained 2 lbs in the last month. He is now weighing in at 5 lbs 3 oz (the size of an Addison!) and is in the 53rd %. The plan is to do another sonogram at the end of next week - if the previa has not cleared, I will get scheduled for a c-section for the end of May or very beginning of June! Oh my, he will be here so soon!
Some of my favorite pics from this sonogram...
Notice the little spikes on the back of his head - he's got a bunch of hair already!
Woody likes to keeps one hand up to his face at all times - or at least in the last two sonograms. Still, nothing is hiding those luscious lips! I'm sure he's probably blowing kisses here...
More confirmation that Woody is indeed a boy...
This time, we got every angle... Kevin says he comes from good stock...
I have sent Kevin off with a baby name book - his task is to bring back a list with him on the 9th of May... If we can't figure out a name for this little guy, he may just be nameless for awhile.. or maybe we can just call him, "the child formerly known as Woody"...
Because I slacked off, these are actually my 8 1/2 month pictures... why is it that the bigger I get, I shorter I look... At delivery, I fear I may be another foot shorter...
