Mr. Skilz

We can no longer put off babyproofing. Bubba is now fully mobile. For the last couple weeks, he has been giving us warning signs. He has been working hard to pull to a stand and rocking back and forth on his hands and knees in an attempt to crawl. Now, he can crawl all around our front room and is excited to pull himself up on whatever he can to get to whatever electronic device or other non-toy item Kevin and I have been trying to keep away from him. I introduced the laundry basket to him last week (we don't have any safe baby toys to pull up on) and he loves to cruise around it or push it around the living room like a walker. Who needs fancy toys when you have laundry baskets!

I love these pictures! He's such a cutie. Your life is going to really change, now that he's mobile! It's fun but a bit more challenging. :)

how cute! i can't imagine greta doing that - she is up on all fours rocking back and forth - she just started that a few weeks ago, so i'm not sure how long it'll be...she can only go in reverse currently!

oh, and i love the haircut post. stay tuned for greta's first haircut post - in like, 3 years! ha! love you!

Ditto on how your life will change once mobile. No more being able to sit him down and know he'll stay put! Love the hair cut, too!

AHHH! The new levels of parenting panic that come with mobility! Gael still likes to cruise around and then sit very quietly somewhere while a freak out calling his name imagining him teetering on the top of the stairs. I'm thinking of attaching bells to his clothing. And that new hair cut is SOOOO good looking!
